Located conveniently at 841 E Rand Rd, this lively spot is perfect for those craving a robust meal with a side of entertainment and friendly service.
The menu here is a celebration of American steakhouse classics, designed to satisfy both dedicated carnivores and guests with more diverse palates. Start your meal with crowd-pleasers like the iconic Cactus Blossom®—a Texassized golden-fried onion, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with a zesty Cajun dipping sauce that dances on the palate. Or share a basket of Fried Pickles, their tangy crunch offset beautifully by creamy ranch or the same spicy Cajun sauce. For a bit of a kick, the Rattlesnake Bites deliver a delightful blend of diced jalapeños and melted jack cheese, lightly fried to perfection.
When it comes to mains, the steakhouse’s Country Dinners highlight the charm of classic American comfort food elevated by expert preparation. The Grilled Pork Chops offer a smoky, succulent bite, seasoned just right and complemented by a rich peppercorn sauce. The Pulled Pork Dinner features tender, slow-cooked BBQ pork that melts in your mouth, paired with freshly baked bread that invites you to savor every flavorful morsel. For those who crave a hearty, crispy treat, the Country Fried Sirloin is hand-battered and golden, topped with creamy gravy that perfectly balances each bite. Also noteworthy are the Beef Tips, tender cuts of steak sauteed with mushrooms and onions, served over a bed of seasoned rice or buttery mashed potatoes, creating a comforting, savory harmony.
Don’t skip dessert—Texas Roadhouse Mt Prospect rounds off the experience with indulgent sweet treats like Granny’s Apple Classic, a homestyle apple pie slice crowned with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with honey cinnamon caramel sauce, a nostalgic finale that feels like a warm embrace. The Strawberry Cheesecake offers a creamy, luscious texture perfectly balanced by tart strawberry sauce and a dollop of whipped cream, while the Big Ol' Brownie satisfies chocolate lovers with its rich, fudgy decadence topped by ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.
Beyond its mouthwatering menu, Texas Roadhouse Mt Prospect thrives on its energetic and inviting atmosphere. The spacious interior features a large bar with an extensive drink selection, where patrons can enjoy lively music alongside occasional line dances, lending a distinctively fun, communal spirit. Food, Service, and Atmosphere aLL on Point.!! I'm not personally a big steak fan, but there's plenty of other options. For those that are you're able to personally pick your if that's your thing. There is a large bar and music. Along with an occasional Line Dance. So it's Not really the ideal place to go if your looking for somewhere quiet. *Not Overwhelmingly Loud tho

Everything was great. From the bread to the Mozzarella sticks to the steak and shrimp, it was all delicious. Only down side was the 1 hour wait, but that is obviously because the place was packed with satisfied customers. Service was quick so from seating to finish was just over an hour and most of that time was us enjoying our meal.

Had a great meal at this T-roadhouse location ,the blooming onion was better than expected and food prepped as ordered can't complain, service was good a bit slow but not a big issue can't complain. As always the decor is something else I like it and there are plenty of TVs for entertainment. Pricing is very fair IMO , I'll be back for another steak in the future

Lunch. Traveling with son for Hockey. First time at this location. The boy wanted steak and was very particular that he did not want to go long or out. I think he wanted the rolls. The food was good. I got the Burger for the first time and it was perfect. I did not feel like a steak and ventured out. My son loved his steak, Green beans, and apple sauce. We both agreed the apple sauce looked like water, but he said it was really good. It was exactly what you expect at a TR. we were happy. Thank You

The food is delicious, and good size portions. Be careful not fill up on the sweet soft rolls they give you. The atmosphere here is awesome with a lot of parking, but it still gets packed.
